The Youth Entrepreneurs Association of Zambia (YEAZ) is a dynamic, youth-led organization championing entrepreneurship among young Zambians since 1989. Born from an International Labour Organization (ILO) initiative, YEAZ has grown into a nationwide movement that empowers thousands of young people through entrepreneurship education, business support, and strategic partnerships.

To promote youth entrepreneurship in Zambia through enterprise education and development, and to support young people in starting and growing sustainable businesses.
